Penny Piper is the Customer Care Manager at Workforce Guardian, Australia's leading HR and Employment relation's service for employers.

Penny has over 30 years' experience in administration, customer service, tutoring and sales roles. Her career started in New Zealand working for the New Zealand Government, The Department of Corrections, Physiological Services, The Ministry of Health and Crenel Training. Penny then moved to Australia, where she worked as a Service Coordinator for Hastings Deering for 5 years. After the closure of the mines, Penny moved to Wahl Australia to work in Customer Service/Sales. Penny was part of the team who earnt Wahl - Customer Service of the year for Shaver Shop.

Penny hold a NCAE Diploma in Adult Educating and Training, Microsoft Computing, PC Repair and Customisation, NZL Sign Language and Aim Training for Up Skilling.
