Sean Wilson is the Chief Operating Officer at Workforce Guardian. And 2IC to Managing Director. With responsibility for general management, marketing, sales, customer care, IT and business administration. This includes leading product development of industry leading cloud HR solutions and managing a national partner program of over 300 resellers such as Telstra.

Sean has a strong background in leading people and operations to maximise commercial performance. Over 20 years' experience includes senior executive roles such as CEO, Chief Operating Officer and National General Manager Sales & Marketing. Working for major organisations such as Sensis and the Housing Industry Association. Sean is also an experienced public speaker and has board and committee experience on bodies such as the Kolling Foundation at Royal North Shore Hospital, Australian Government Business Forum and Western Sydney Region of Councils Technology Reform Committee.
