Workforce Guardian's online HR system and support service includes tools to help users manage employee performance.
The "Duties" tab in Personnel Files allow users to store and manage important employee information such as:
- Job Scope
- Job Duties
- Position Descriptions
"Performance Measures" are automatically populated based on the information entered into the "Duties" tab.
Users can filter on active and inactive performance measures.
Users can enter a rating for each performance measure.
Users can upload related performance review records. To ensure that all HR records are stored safely and securely online.
